The day after you request more information from us, you’ll receive a personalized proposal detailing product offerings, design, financing options, and savings.
Two to four days following your consultation, a certified, Mpower site technician will visit your home and confirm the design of your solar system. Following your site survey, our team will determine what preparations or repairs are necessary.
Within a week (pending necessary improvements), our inhouse team will return to make any required electrical upgrades or roofing repairs at no cost to you.
Within 10 days of the completion of any necessary repairs to your site, your dedicated coordinator will secure all permits for your solar installation on your behalf.
Within a week of receiving the DOB permit for your install, your solar system will be installed over the course of a single day and Mpower will attend your final inspection.
